Annual Maintenance Agreements

 

Annual Maintenance Agreements are available for all TWINZ standard software purchases. In addition to TWINZ's standard support of free minor version updates and technical support, free major version upgrades are included with the purchase of an Annual Maintenance Agreement. Coverage

Software
The Maintenance and Support agreement includes all operational and technical support and all updates during the Maintenance and Support Term. Upgrades are an additional charge, except for new customers, where the upgrade is released within 60 days of their purchase date.
Hardware
The Maintenance and Support agreement includes technical support for hardware which is purchased through TWINZ. Hardware comes with manufacture warranty typically 3 to 12 months. In an event of any parts failure and the part is not covered by warranty or expired. Customer has to pay for the parts replacement and any other charge by manufacturer/supplier.

Terms and Conditions

Renewal and Payments
     You will be automatically sent an invoice via email for the annual Maintenance and Support Term fee.
TWINZ makes every effort to provide you with an invoice and notice of renewal 14 days prior to the end of each Maintenance and Support Term (anniversary date), however, it is your responsibility to note this date and to keep us informed of the email address of the primary contact for your business, so that we can reach you.
If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoiced date, then it will be assumed that you do not wish to renew and your annual maintenance will be terminated and a reinstatement fee charged should you wish to resume the agreement.
Cancellation
The Agreement can be cancelled at any time in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. In case of cancellation, TWINZ Pte Ltd will not pro-rate or issue any refunds for any unused time on this agreement. There is no grace period for cancellations.
